Reiki Training

As an alternative to having a Reiki treatment, you can also learn the healing art of Reiki for yourself with Reiki Training. A one day First Degree course (Reiki 1) is an introduction to Reiki and, once completed, you will be able to treat yourself, family and friends. It is particularly useful for when you might wish to treat your own children. A lovely bonding experience with very real benefits for you and your child.

This course will cover:

• What is Reiki?
• How does Reiki work?
• Energy, Auras and Chakras
• The Attunement
• How to treat yourself
• How to treat others
• Using Intuition

During the course there will be guided meditations, practical exercises to demonstrate and practice the use of the symbols after your attunement.

Certificates will be awarded upon successful completion of the course. You will also receive a course manual containing information on all areas covered during the course for future reference.

You will need to have attended Reiki 1 and ideally have 3+ months' experience before attending Reiki 2. Please call if you would like to check the suitability of the course.

These courses are run for individuals and small groups on weekdays and some weekends. Most courses are held in St Albans, Hertfordshire but they can be arranged for your home or at work.

Reiki 1
Cost: £150 including refreshments, reference manual and certificate

Reiki 2
Cost: £180 including lunch, reference manual and certificate
Experience required: Reiki 1 Certificate + 3 months experience since Reiki 1 course
