Reiki is a spiritual healing art. It is not massage nor is it based on belief or suggestion. A Reiki session usually is between 40 and 55 minutes in length. Your session will be performed by me. I am a Reiki Master and use specific Reiki hand positions. It's a hands-on (and off) healing system which channels divine energy.
It goes where the body needs it, not just where my hands are positioned. It works on many levels - spiritual, mental, emotional and physical. It's totally natural and holistic.
During a Reiki session, you will be fully clothed while comfortably lying on a massage table or seated in a chair.
Reiki energy brings deep relaxation, soothing emotions and reduces negative feelings. Reiki can help you be the best that you can be by bringing balance and harmony back that has previously been lost in hectic, day to day life.
By balancing the body's systems, we are helping it to achieve greater health and wellbeing. Reiki is an excellent self-care tool.

Reiki is a great starting point for finding out where your energy system might be blocked and from that further work might be needed. In this case you can work with me using the other therapies I offer, to work on and clear those blocks to enable you to move forward in a safe and positive way.
Reiki healing can be performed distantly too. It has the same results. The difference is, you just stay at home and get comfortable.
