An intuitive life coach is a professional who helps you change your life and live your dream by helping you access your intuition. I believe that our “inner-tuition”, or intuition as it is called, knows what is good for us and knows what we need. As we are influenced by outside influences and experiences and we lose touch with our biggest teacher, we plough ahead doing what we think is necessary only to realise that we aren’t happy. Something doesn’t feel right.
Rather than just focusing on separate elements of life such as goal-setting, habits and skills, I integrate spiritual life coach principles as well. By assessing your energy and emphasising emotional and spiritual healing, I am exceptional at helping clients release the blockages that keep them from moving forward.
While working with me, you can expect to confront issues that have been holding you back and preventing you from creating a reality you would love to be in. As uncomfortable as confrontation can be, it’s often necessary for healing. Recognising your issues, strengths, and weaknesses is a first step to wholeness and can provide invaluable guidance while on the path to living the life of your dreams.
As an Intuitive Coach, I typically work with the energy my clients project to resolve their deepest issues. I use my intuition to sense their blockages, often with the help of Reiki, to help my clients get to the root of their blockage. I also use time line therapy to take you back to your past to resolve a block and then to your future to reset your beliefs.
I can then help you by guiding you through the process of introducing new habits, thoughts, and beliefs that support the life you want to live. Our beliefs and thoughts are not set in stone and can be changed if they no longer serve us. By healing these issues and altering your consciousness, you can open yourself up to the opportunities that life has to offer.
I will support you through these changes and all we do is in a safe environment .
The first session is typically 90 minutes long so there can be a full assessment of needs and a mutually acceptable way of working can be developed. Future sessions should be approximately 60 minutes. Sessions can be face to face, over the phone or via Skype.
